Simplicity tier

Our simplicity tier is for when you need day of wedding coordinating only. That  means, the vision for your big day is in place but you need that extra help to make it just perfect.

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES: 

before wedding:

- wedding consultation and one  visit ceremony/reception site(s) prior to wedding

- one hour rehearsal; we coordinate all aspects of your wedding rehearsal

- develop, write and distribute wedding day itinerary to all vendors to ensure your wedding day will start on time and flow appropriately through the evening

wedding day:

- day of wedding coordinating until traditional reception events are concluded (couple introduction, first dance, cake cutting, etc.)

- manage wedding party (make sure all attendants are where they need to be at designated times)

- organize and distribute all personal flowers to wedding party, family members, and special guests

- facilitate the wedding ceremony (ushers, guest book attendants, wedding party properly lines up for processional & cue musicians)

- wedding party post-recessional (keep photographer on-time, make sure bridal party is seated at correct table, etc.)

- partial vendor management at ceremony/reception sites (We will be available in person and by telephone, during the times we are present at the venue, to assist vendors with any problems or questions. We work closely with caterer, DJ, and photographer to make sure food is out on-time, announcements/important moments i.e. cake, bouquet toss etc. is captured)

Stylish tier

begins at $1,500

Our stylish tier includes full wedding planning and design. This is our ultimate planning and design package where we will hand select all details of your special day. We will create a fabulous wedding design from theme to color schemes, tying them together making an unforgettable evening. 

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES: 

before wedding: 

- wedding consultation (initial contact, then guide throughout entire planning process)

- one hour rehearsal; we coordinate all aspects of your wedding rehearsal

- research, present and/or discuss theme, colors, decorations (You will be able to share your theme and any decorations, incorporated with ours, to make your day extra special.)

- research, compare, and price vendors + assist with vendor (research/contact locations to assist you in finding the perfect venue, photographer(s), cake, wedding invitation ideas, floral ideas, transportation, hair/make-up, etc.)

- visit ceremony/reception site(s) prior to wedding (we will visit the site(s) to see the layout of the venue, get your input on where you would like things such as gift table, cake table, ceremony site, etc.)

- schedule all meetings with vendors

- accompany couple to all vendor meetings

- communicate with all vendors, on your behalf, until billing is complete (includes final payments, fees, tips, etc. with receipt)

- develop, write and distribute wedding day itinerary to all vendors, bridal party, and special family members  (this ensures your wedding day will start on time and flow appropriately through the evening)

wedding day: 

- day of wedding coordinating (entire day until reception has concluded)

- manage wedding party (make sure all attendants are where they need to be at designated times)

- organize and distribute all personal flowers to wedding party, family members, and special guests

- facilitate the wedding ceremony (ushers, guest book attendants, wedding party properly lines up for processional & cue musicians)

- full vendor management at ceremony/reception sites (The Perfect Day will be available in person and by telephone during the entire day to assist vendors with any problems, questions, emergencies, or conflict resolution that may arise.  We work closely with caterer, DJ, and photographer to make sure food is out on-time, announcements/important moments i.e. cake, bouquet toss etc. is captured)

- use of our candles*, containers, and any other décor items in our inventory are included in the price 

- design and place special reserved signs, table names/numbers, place cards, or other custom signage (bar menu, dinner menu, guest book, card/gifts, etc.)

- place favors, toasting glasses, cake knives, etc.

- coordinate entertainment, toasts and all announcements/events during reception

- ensure payment of vendors tips and balances

- design customized table décor for sweetheart, bridal, or entire bridal party tables   

- research, present and select table linens, overlays, table runners, and napkins to compliment your theme 

- set-up and take down all decoration, etc. once the reception has concluded

- return personal items as agreed upon in advance to their owners (any items you want to use we will make sure they are taken care of, and returned that evening)

* this includes standard tealights only; all other candles are considered consumables and will be an additional cost

Cheers tier

Not planning a wedding? Not a problem! The cheers tier is just for you. We will design a planning package that addresses your celebration needs within your targeted budget.  We specialize in: anniversary celebrations, baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers, corporate parties or retreats, and fundraising events.

 

- research and present event theme, color scheme, and design ideas 

- shop for items to coordinate with party theme 

- design and print semi-custom announcement, invitation, RSVP, and directions to event; proofs provided for all design elements prior to printing 

- research and select table linens, overlays, table runners, napkins, dinner ware, and flatware to compliment your theme (standard table linens/ overlay/runners are included; specialty items are available for additional charges) 

- research, compare, and price vendors 

- schedule all meetings with vendors 

- accompany client to all vendor meetings 

- scout venue for adequacy and efficiency prior to your event 

- communicate with all vendors on your behalf until billing is complete (includes final payments, fees, tips, etc. with receipt) 

- design and place specialty table names/numbers, place cards, reserved signs, favors, etc. 

- design customized table décor for honorary client(s)/hosts, special guests, etc. 

- set-up registration area(s), meet and greet, etc. to maximize flow of guests in an efficient manner, eliminating “bottle necking”,         confusion, or slow-lines 

- develop, write, and distribute event itinerary to all vendors 

- manage vendors at venue 

- we will be available in person and by telephone during the entire day to assist vendors with any problems, questions, emergencies, or conflict resolution that may arise 

- coordinate entertainment, speakers, presentations during the course of the event 

- set-up and take down of all decorations, etc. once the event has concluded
